About Lora's Programs

My friendship with Lora began over 20 years ago when I was her design teacher. I have had the opportunity to watch her passions take her around the world to gain astonishing insights, skills, and practices from the best and brightest, and ultimately come full circle to become my teacher. She has helped me through many profound conflicts surrounding food and its effects on my health and well-being. Her practice is not prescriptive, she was able to work with me on my unique conflicts—specifically turning 50 and coming to the conclusion that I wanted to live and eat a differently. Lora has extraordinary gifts as a compassionate guide toward being ones best self.

About Lora's Chocolate

My wife brought home a sample of Lora Krulak’s new chocolate line and luckily I was able to try some of it! I am a huge chocolate lover, especially dark and not so sweet. I have never tasted such an amazing selections of chocolates in my life! Never! The variety of textures, flavors and spices are truly spectacular. Especially the goat cheese chocolate! So now whenever a sample of Lora Krulak’s chocolates arrive at our home there is a real tug of war to see who will get to eat it!!! Delicious! A real #10!! Brava to Lora Krulak!
