Shredded Beat, Jicama and Cabbage Slaw

1/2 head small red cabbage
1/2 head small Napa cabbage
2 small beets, shredded
1 large jicama, shredded
3 T currents, soaked
2 T black sesame seeds

1) Soak the currents in 1/2 C cold water and set aside. Currents should be soaked for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours.
2) Cut the cabbage half down the middle but keep the 2 parts together.
3) Slice the cabbage in very thin strips and place in a bowl and toss with 1/4 C of the dressing.
